Frequently asked questions
Wondering what to bring, how long you can stay, or what age children can join us? We've prepared answers to the most frequently asked questions we get. Take a look so you know what to expect with us.
What should I bring with me to Aquacentrum Teplice?
Be sure to bring a swimsuit and a towel. We also recommend slippers (pool slippers) for comfortable movement in the aqua center and your own soap or shampoo for showering after swimming. Upon entry, you will receive a chip watch from the receptionist, on which you will have the selected entrance fee and any deposit recorded. You can pay in cash, with a benefit card or a credit card.
How long can I stay at the Aquacentrum?
It depends on the admission price you choose – we offer admissions for 1, 2 or 3 hours. Time for changing clothes is automatically added to the selected admission price. If you want to stay longer, no problem – when you leave, simply pay at the reception for the time you spent in the aqua center beyond the original admission price. If the total time is exceeded, a fee of 2 CZK is charged for each minute started and per person.
From what age can children go to the Aquacenter?
We are happy to welcome young visitors, but unfortunately children under 1 year old are not allowed to visit us for hygiene reasons. Children under 10 years old can only enter the Aquacenter when accompanied by an adult who is supervising them. The youngest children aged 1-3 years old must also wear special swimsuits with tight elastic bands around the legs or a disposable swim diaper.
How can I pay for the entrance fee?
You can pay the entrance fee either in cash or by credit card directly at the reception. We also accept various benefit vouchers and cards (such as Sodexo Pass, Edenred, Unišek, MultiSport and others), so you can also take advantage of your employee benefits.
What are the opening hours of the Aquacenter?
Aquacentrum Teplice is open every day. The swimming pool and Children's World are open on Mondays from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM and from Tuesday to Sunday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. If a public holiday falls on a Monday, it is open from 10:00 AM. The only exceptions are planned technical shutdowns, which we always inform you about in advance.
Can I go to the pool in swimming trunks?
Please enter the pool only in swimwear intended for swimming. For hygiene reasons, classic loose shorts or other clothing that is not specifically intended for swimming are not allowed. Swimwear or shorts must be made of quick-drying swimming material. For men, we prefer tight-fitting briefs or sports swimwear, for women, one-piece or two-piece swimwear. Children under 3 years of age must have a water diaper or swimwear with elastic around the thighs.
